Tami Berenstein

Award-winning animation creator, director, and illustrator. A graduate of the Screen-Based Arts Department at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, which she headed from 2019 to 2023. She founded and curated the international AniNation animation festival in Jerusalem, and has been a long-time screening committee viewer for Israeli film funds. She was nominated for an Ophir Award as a documentary screenwriter. She is the first woman to receive the honor of Festival Notable from the Animix International Comics and Animation Festival in Israel.
