Rachel Leah Jones

Rachel Leah Jones is an award-winning, critically acclaimed documentary filmmaker. Her work was selected by the European Film Academy and shortlisted for the Oscars. A two-time Sundance Festival alumna, her directing credits include: 500 Dunam on the Moon (2002), Ashkenaz (2007), Targeted Citizen (2010), Gypsy Davy (2012), and Advocate (2019). In 2020, Jones was invited to join the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

Ohad Landesman

Ohad Landesman serves as a Lecturer in Film Studies at the Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. He holds a PhD from the Department of Cinema Studies at NYU, and his recent publications on documentaries appeared in several anthologies and peer-reviewed journals. His blog, doctalk, focuses on documentaries in Israel and worldwide.

Maya Zinshtein

Maya Zinshtein is an Emmy award-winning Israeli documentary filmmaker and journalist. Named Best Director at the 2016 JFF for her acclaimed film Forever Pure that was later awarded an Emmy for Outstanding Politics and Government documentary. In 2020, she presented Till Kingdom Come. A Sundance Institute alumna, for the last decade she has directed and produced films broadcast worldwide and screened at over 100 festivals.
