Moran Ifergan

Moran Ifergan is an Israeli film director. WALL, her feature film debut, won the Best Film Award at the 2017 Docaviv Film Festival and was screened at Cinema du Réel, the Barbican Centre, Doc Liepzig, and more. Her poignant documentaries have aired on Israeli television and were screened at international festivals. Ifergan’s films look at theological, political, social, and gender issues in Israeli society from her personal point of view.

Hilla Medalia

Director and producer, winner of the Peabody Award, nominated for four Emmy Awards, and owner of Medalia Productions. Films by Hila Medalia have won numerous awards and screened in theaters and festivals worldwide, as well as on major television channels, including ARTE, BBC, and HBO. Medalia served as a board member of the Directors' Association and the Israel Academy of Film, and is a member of the American Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. Simultaneously, she also serves as a mentor on the Business Card Program of the New Fund for Cinema and TV, and as a jury member and speaker at various festivals and forums.

Jonathan Gurfinkel

Writer and director Jonathan Gurfinkel has been active in the film and television industries for over 20 years. He is the director of the award-winning Israeli feature SIX ACTS, recipient of the 2013 Israeli Academy Award for Best Actress and the top prize at San Sebastian Film Festival’s Another Look Competition. Gurfinkel served as Head Director for the popular show A WONDERFUL COUNTRY (the Israeli equivalent of SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE) and co-directed (together with Hagai Levi) the drama series THE ACCURSED.
