Menashe Noy

Born in Tel Aviv, Menashe Noy holds a degree in Film and Television from Tel Aviv University. He directed the films Le Jardin, Overture 1812, and In Trend. On television, he starred in the series The Chamber Quintet, The Bourgeoisie, and On Any Saturday, among others.

Tiina Lokk

Founder and Director of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival (PÖFF), script editor and longtime film professor. Lokk worked at Tallinnfilm and co-founded the Baltic distributor Filmimax. A key figure in Estonian cinema, she is a member of the European Film Academy and has received France’s Palmes Académiques and Estonia’s Order of the White Star.
