Alexander is the oldest of seven siblings living in a remote commune with one father and many mothers. He is your average mischievous kid, who also happens to be an assassin – a world he discovered through his father, Gregory, who had created an alternative environment for his family where subjectivity and creativity are celebrated, alongside killing skills. But, when a new child joins the commune, the foundations Gregory had spent years laying, start to crack.

Vincent Cassel blends roughness and rawness into a stellar performance in Ariel Kleiman’s debut film – a stunningly-shot piece which takes us into an inconceivable world, bringing us face to face with an intriguingly insidious hero.
