Jerusalem-born UK chef Yotam Ottolenghi takes us on a culinary journey through the alleyways of the Old City, the stalls of the Mahane Yehuda market, and the restaurants of the Jerusalem new wave, to reveal the local secrets of his inspiration that have turned him into one of the stars of UK cuisine in the last decade.
