Călin Peter Netzer

Romanian born Calin Peter Netzer studied directing in Bucharest. Following the success of his shorts, his first feature, Maria (2003) won several awards at the Locarno Film Festival. In 2013, he won the Golden Bear at the Berlinale for his family drama Child’s Pose and in 2017, Ana, mon amour won the Silver Bear for Outstanding Artistic Contribution. 

Anat Yuta Zuria

Anat Zuria had won Prizes in International Film Festivals (Hot Docs, Yamagata, FIPA) as well as "Discovery of the Yearby the  for her Trilogy: "Purity", "Sentenced to Marriageand "Black Bus". Her Next Film, "The Lessonhas won Best Documentary Film Award at the 2012 Haifa Film Festival. Afterwards, she had won the Landau Award for Arts for her contribution to Israeli cinema. in 2017 she had directed with Shira Clara Winter the film " Conventional Sins " which won Best Documentary Film Award at the 2017 Jerusalem Film Festival

Małgorzata Szumowska

Małgorzata Szumowska is a renowned Polish director, screenwriter, and producer. She is the winner of numerous prestigious awards including the Silver Leopard at the Locarno Film Festival for 33 Scenes from Life, the Silver Bear, Best Director for Body, and this year’s Silver Bear Grand Jury Prize for her seventh feature film, Mug.

Caroline Champetier

Human skin – its radiance, transparency, and mystery – is an underlying theme in leading French cinematographer Caroline Champetier's work. She has shot over 100 feature films and has won many awards including the César for Best Cinematography for Of Gods and Men (2011) and the Silver Frog Award at Camerimage for Holy Motors (2012).
