Hana Laslo

Hana Laslo is an Israeli actress and comedian. In 2005, she won the Best Actress Award at the Cannes Film Festival Award for her performance in Amos Gitai’s Free Zone. She has also received four Ophir Award nominations. She participated in dozens of Israeli and international films, among them: Alila by Amos Gitai, Shiva by Ronit Elkabetz and Shlomi Elkabetz, Adam Resurrected by Paul Schrader. Laszlo has written, produced, and starred in more than a dozen one-woman shows since the 1980s. In 2019, she received an honorary PhD from Bar-Ilan University for contribution to the stage.
