Eliran Elya

Eliran Elya is a filmmaker, screenwriter, educator, and Chair of the Directors Guild of Israel. His acclaimed film, Doubtful, won Best Debut Film, Best Cinematography, and Best Actor at the Jerusalem Film Festival. His TV series The Good City, aired on HOT and received critical and audience praise. His work explores social and personal matters with sensitivity to injustice and marginalized communities. He previously served as Deputy Mayor of his hometown.
