The Killing of Two Lovers

The Killing of Two Lovers takes us to a small town in the heartland of the United States and follows David (the wonderful Clayne Crawford, known from the Lethal Weapon series), a forty-something year-old man who is doing everything he can to keep his family of four children united after he and his wife decide to separate. Even though there is a mutual agreement that both husband and wife can look for new love, David finds it difficult to accept his wife’s new romantic relationship. Robert Machoian, who comes from a background of stills photography and has already directed many documentary and hybrid films, presents his first full-length feature film – a superbly staged drama that paints a portrait filled with honesty and emotion of a marriage in a crisis. The world premiere of the film was held at the last Sundance Film Festival and completely captivated the critics.
