Helge Albers

Helge Albers has served as CEO of the Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein Film Fund since 2019. He's worked as a film producer for a substantial number of years. Among his films are the Lola Award-winning documentary ABOVE AND BELOW, and the Oscar-nominated short film AVE MARIA, alongside numerous German-Chinese co-productions. He later served as the Director of the German Producers Association and was a committee member of the German Film Fund FFA, the World Cinema Fund, and the Deutsche Filmakademie.
